Who we are

What data we process

This website has no user accounts and stores no form data on its servers. When you use the contact form, it opens your own email application with a pre-filled message — the data (name, company, email, phone, project type, message) is sent to us as a regular email from your address.

We process the personal data contained in your inquiry and any subsequent email or phone correspondence.

Why we process it

We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and handle related business communication (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent given by sending the inquiry).

We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up cooperation, after which it is deleted.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics and stores nothing in your browser. Your language choice is simply part of the page address (the /en prefix).

The contact page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap. Loading the map transfers your IP address to OpenStreetMap's servers, subject to their privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, www.uoou.cz).
